To ensure the smooth and efficient handover of supplied items (products and/or services), the Engagement Manager should
ensure that appropriate training is provided to those individuals involved in receiving, storing, using, and
maintaining the supplied items.
In addition, the Engagement Manager should brief relevant parties in the terms and conditions specified in the supplier
agreements or licenses. This ensures that the ongoing storing, distributing, and using of the procured items continue
to be performed in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
Following handover of the relevant procured items, the Engagement Manager will need to seek acceptance from the client,
a Capgemini operate team, or a third party, that will confirm that transition has been completed in a satisfactory
manner. At this point, the service team will have relinquished responsibility for the supplied items procured for the
Service Engagement.
